TERMS OF SERVICE
ONSITE SERVICES
My on-site computer service area is the city of Campbell River, BC, and any home or business within a 40 minute drive of Campbell River. On occasion, at my discretion, I may provide on-site service outside this area.
For in-office or in-home calls, a one hour minimum charge applies. I do not charge for travel time or for gas within my service area to or from the job, but do charge for travel time if travel is required to complete or to benefit the job.

Remote computer service is available internationally; please contact me for details.
Website and Design Services
Website and design services are also international -- I have clients from countries around the world!
Limitation of Liability
I strive to safeguard your property, your data, and your interests while I am on the job. As with almost any endeavor, however, there are risks involved, and errors may be made. On rare occasions, data loss, hardware failure, and other serious issues may occur. At no time is my liability to exceed the total cost paid, if any, for services on the day(s) of the occurrence(s), or $100.00 in Canadian funds, whichever is greater.
