Terms of Service

My on-site computer service area is the city of Nanaimo, BC, and any home or business within a 40 minute drive of Nanaimo. On occasion, at my discretion, I may provide on-site service outside this area.

Website and design services are international -- I have clients from countries around the world!

For in-office or in-home calls, a one hour minimum charge applies. I do not charge for travel time or for gas within my service area.

I strive to safeguard your property, your data, and your interests while I am on the job. As with almost any endeavor, however, there are risks involved, and errors may be made. On rare occasions, data loss, hardware failure, and other serious issues may occur. At no time is my liability to exceed the total cost paid, if any, for services on the day(s) of the occurrence(s), or $100.00 in Canadian funds, whichever is greater.
